Our flat fee includes all additional costs and a bit more.
Three ladies and one house technician take care of our guests. For example – after leaving a little note, they will bring fresh bread rolls, newspaper, or tasty cake from the local bakery, right in front of your doorstep.
At request, your mail can also be brought to the local station, pick up medication, get current information on tickets, for example for a round trip on one of the ships in the port and much more.

The pick-up itself is free of charge, however, at the end of your stay you are required to even up your purchase in cash. They are not inclusive as everything else is!
No hidden extra costs
Our flat fee for each night can be taken seriously. It includes all lease costs and all accessory charges for energy, water, garbage collection etc.
Free drinks, replenishment inclusive
Drinking is healthy which is why we provide our guest with mineral water from the brand ‘Glashäger’ during their stay – free of charge and at self-service.
Drink as much as you want! By the way: If you find a bottle of ‘Kult’-sparkling wine in your fridge at your arrival, it’s a little welcoming gift from the Giebel-family. The beds are, of course, already prepared (Baby bed in either blue or pink).
